Kayrrá: Sopro de Vida da Terra e do Rio
Kayrrá's story begins in the Kariri-Xocó Village, in Alagoas, where he was born and raised surrounded by the strength of the land and the song of the São Francisco River.
Son of Dona Carminha, of the Kariri-Xocó ethnic group, and Seu Antônio (Pilão), of the Pankararú ethnic group, Kayrrá was raised with his six siblings in an environment with few resources, but with deep unity and love.
The Crossing: Seeds of Culture in the Concrete Jungle
While still young, he made his first trip to São Paulo, taking with him his unwavering faith, ancestral wisdom and some handicrafts — living seeds of his culture.
With courage and determination, at the age of 20, he faced the concrete jungle for the first time.
From the need to reinvent itself and preserve both culture and nature, the Kaçafeyta Group was born, taking the Kariri-Xocó culture to schools, cultural spaces and attentive hearts in every corner of Brazil.

Guardian of the Enchanted: The Voice that Blooms
As an actor, he participated in the soap opera Cidadão Brasileiro on TV Record, and with the fruits of this work he acquired the Kombi that still today transports the dreams and culture of his people."

In January, he closes his schedule of experiences to return to the Kariri-Xocó Village and immerse himself in the sacred ritual of Ouricuri, renewing the strength that pulses in his ancestry.
